### Patient documents and immunizations

* Added a patient Documents tab with file upload, preview, filtering, and version history.
* Added follow-up action-item generation from clinical documents and editable sections in action-item plans.
* Added an immunization entry form with vaccine search.

### Messaging and account security

* Added patient SMS-consent capture and SMS two-factor enrollment, sign-in, and management.
* Required two-factor authentication for workspaces that hold patient data.
* Capped session inactivity and screen-lock timeout settings at 15 minutes.
