# Tasks

> Proactive, assignable tasks and agent suggestions across the care team

Latte’s task system drives follow-ups and team collaboration. Agents can propose tasks; providers approve, assign, and complete.

## Capabilities

* Categories, priorities, due dates
* Assign to providers; add comments and links
* Convert agent suggestions into real tasks

## Workflow

1. Agent proposes a suggestion (e.g., order labs, message patient).
2. Provider reviews and accepts or rejects.
3. Task is created, assigned, and tracked to completion.
