Prerequisites

  • Ruby, Postgres, Docker (for search), Node.js (for desktop app)
  • API keys for transcription and AI (optional for local)

Steps

  1. Start the backend (Rails) and Elasticsearch.
  2. Start the frontend (Scribe) app.
  3. Create an organization and invite providers.
  4. Create a patient and start an encounter.
  5. Use the AI Assistant and generate notes.
